How long is the warranty period?


All Egoeve products come with a 5-year quality warranty on the main frame.

Wear-and-tear parts such as motors, batteries, wheels, and electronic components are covered by a 2-year warranty under normal use. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for full details.

What should I do if I experience a problem after purchase?

If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team by email. Provide your order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help us diagnose the problem efficiently.

Can I modify or customize my product before shipping?

Some models allow limited configuration before shipment. Please contact our support team immediately after placing your order to check whether changes are possible. Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Can I request a quotation before placing an order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and our return policy will apply.

Does cold weather affect battery performance?

Yes, low temperatures can temporarily reduce battery performance and range. This is normal for lithium batteries. We recommend storing the battery indoors at room temperature when not in use and fully charging it before use in cold conditions.

Do your wheelchairs require professional installation?

No professional installation is required. Most Egoeve products arrive partially assembled and can be set up easily by following the included user manual. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help.
