1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.

Please allow additional time for tracking information to update, as carriers may occasionally experience operational delays.


2. Delivery Time

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, Orders within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location, weather conditions, peak periods, or carrier operations.


3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, egoeve.co.uk delivers only within the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside the UK, please contact us for further assistance.


4. Shipping Cost & Taxes

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all UK orders.

Taxes: Prices displayed on our website include standard UK VAT.

No additional customs duties apply to deliveries within the United Kingdom.

If you qualify for VAT relief under HMRC Notice 701/7, VAT may be refunded upon successful submission and approval of a VAT Relief Declaration.


5. Change of Delivery Address

No fee is charged for changing the delivery address before a tracking number is issued.

Once the order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.


6. Order Tracking

If you have registered an account on egoeve.co.uk, you can track your order directly in your account.

If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using your Order ID and email address via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.
