At Egoeve, we are committed to delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality mobility products. To give our customers confidence and peace of mind, we provide a clear and transparent warranty policy for all Egoeve electric wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, and rollators.
This warranty policy applies to products purchased through the official Egoeve website or authorized sales channels.
1. Warranty Coverage
- During the warranty period, Egoeve will provide free repair or replacement for defects caused by manufacturing or material faults under normal use conditions.
- This warranty applies only to original Egoeve products and original components.
- The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product.
- Egoeve reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Period

Mechanical Parts
Motors, controllers, and brake systems.
Mobility Parts
Wheels, tires, casters, and anti-tip wheels.
Functional Parts
Armrests, footrests, seat frames, and backrests.
Electrical Parts
Batteries, chargers, wiring, and lights.
Note:
Batteries are consumable items. Performance degradation caused by normal use over time is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty.
3. What Is Not Covered by Warranty
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents, collisions, or overloading.
- Normal wear and tear, including tire wear, surface scratches, and aging of materials.
- Damage caused by water ingress, fire, extreme weather, or natural disasters.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-original parts.
- Damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or maintenance.
- Commercial or rental use of the product unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
4. How to Request Warranty Service
To apply for warranty service, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue.
- Submit photos or videos showing the problem, if requested.
- Our support team will review your request and provide a solution, including repair, replacement, or further instructions.

5. Repair & Replacement Policy
- Egoeve may choose to repair the product or replace the defective part at its discretion.
- Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- If a product is no longer available, Egoeve reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement.
6. Shipping & Responsibility
- For confirmed warranty cases, Egoeve will cover the cost of replacement parts.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the issue and region.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping the product or parts to an authorized service location if required.
